The finding

A system, not a hardware purchase.

A vessel network has to perform through constant movement and through the structural shielding of the vessel itself. It carries mixed usage at the same time, from operators, owners, guests, and crew, and from the onboard systems that daily operations depend on.

Servola commissions new systems and corrects existing installations that run unstable, slow, or inconsistent below deck. Accountability for the result is end to end, held in one place. Owners, captains, and crew rely on connectivity without managing complexity or making technical decisions on board.

Coverage

Coverage planned around the vessel itself.

Coverage is planned around the structure and materials of the vessel. It holds across operational areas, owner and guest spaces, crew zones, and technical compartments, and it follows people as they move between decks. Coverage does not rely on improvised boosters.

Separation

Traffic separated by design.

Operator, owner, guest, and crew traffic runs in controlled environments, separated from one another. The separation protects privacy, performance, and operational stability. Guest usage is segmented and prioritized below the systems the vessel runs on.

The paths

Four paths, selected automatically.

The architecture layers four connection paths. Selection between the paths is automatic. No path is switched by hand.

Planned, tested, documented.

Every installation is planned with marine-grade components and integrates cleanly into the vessel. The complete system is tested and documented at handover. No temporary fixes remain at handover.

Support

One technical authority, worldwide.

Servola remains the single technical authority for the system, worldwide. Support runs remotely. Where a fault needs hands aboard, an engineer is dispatched within 48 hours. The service process is structured and discreet.

Remote operation

Operated remotely, monitored continuously.

Every system reports its condition to Servola continuously, and most service work is carried out remotely, without anyone coming aboard. The owner has the same visibility: a private dashboard shows the vessel's position, connectivity, and usage, from anywhere, at any time.

Crew are not asked to run diagnostics or relay readings. The information is already ashore.
